We seek professionals with a background in Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical Civil Engineering, Electrical Civil Engineering, or a related field, to work within the Animal Production Management division, based in Rancagua, O'Higgins Region. The objective of this position is to provide general guidelines for the operation of the Maintenance and Projects Department at hatchery plants, ensuring continuity of the production process and compliance with operational standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, control, and supervise the overall maintenance operations at hatchery plants, ensuring optimal conditions for water, power, ventilation, and feeding, thereby safeguarding animal welfare, production output, and operational standards. * Lead and guide the Maintenance Department team, promoting compliance with legal regulations and area-specific guidelines. * Control, direct, and evaluate various sub-management projects. * Administer contracts with external service providers, verifying fulfillment of commitments, legal requirements, and service quality. * Manage procurement and inventory of spare parts, ensuring minimum required availability to sustain uninterrupted production. **Position Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating maintenance activities. * 1 year’s experience leading work teams. * Prior experience in industrial or production-oriented companies is desirable. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * English language proficiency is desirable. * Availability to travel between plants located in the Valparaíso, Metropolitan, and O'Higgins Regions, with the Central Office in Rancagua serving as the primary work base. **Some of Our Benefits:** Growth and development plans.
