Become part of a brand that reflects who you are: functional, natural, down-to-earth, innovative, reliable, and friendly. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- As a **Maintenance Auxiliary**, you will work alongside the maintenance team—covering shifts, resolving minor facility maintenance issues, performing routine repairs, and coordinating with external companies under the supervision of the Chief Maintenance Officer. **What will you do?** --------------------------- * Perform a wide range of necessary repair and maintenance tasks across hotel facilities and equipment. * Record readings from various hotel energy consumption meters (water, electricity, etc.) to maintain an accurate record of consumption trends. * Make minor adjustments, if required, to HVAC systems, guestroom furniture, facilities, and other hotel elements. * Assist in setting up meeting rooms (audiovisual equipment, lighting, etc.). * Resolve guest incidents and issues promptly and appropriately. * Maintain the maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies as needed. * Collaborate with external vendors when necessary. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Minimum 6 months’ maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or service-sector environment of comparable size and complexity. * Vocational training (e.g., electricity and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or related fields). * Fluency in the local language is mandatory; English proficiency is highly desirable. * Knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical and electronic systems. * Practical familiarity with various computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office). * Organized and proactive. * Attention to detail. * Ability to effectively identify and resolve problems. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. **Why choose us?** ----------------------- At **Minor Hotels Europe \& Americas**, we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and fostering intercultural experiences.
