We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager (m/f/d) to take responsibility for our daily logistics operations in Alto Hospicio. You will supervise warehousing and distribution activities, coordinate operational teams, monitor performance, and work closely with transportation, inventory, procurement, and customer service departments. Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. **Process Improvement:** Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical improvements to increase productivity, reduce delays, and enhance service quality. **Inventory Coordination:** Collaborate closely with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accurate records, improve stock movement, and reduce inventory discrepancies. **Transportation Management:** Coordinate with transportation providers and internal teams to support efficient route planning, delivery scheduling, and shipment performance. **Performance Management:** Monitor key performance indicators, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational costs. **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies, occupational safety requirements, and applicable Chilean regulations. **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with procurement, sales, customer service, finance, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues and maintain reliable service. **What We’re Looking For:** **Experience:** 6+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. **Education:** A professional or technical degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. **Leadership:** Proven experience managing operational teams and coordinating multiple logistics activities within a dynamic environment. **Operational Knowledge:** Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation coordination, distribution processes, and logistics KPIs. **Technology:** Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel, and operational reporting tools. **Analytical Ability:** Ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, investigate performance issues, and make practical, results-driven decisions. **Communication:** Excellent Spanish communication skills are required to coordinate with employees, suppliers, transportation partners, and local stakeholders. English proficiency is considered an advantage for communication with regional or international partners. **Mindset:** You are an organized, practical, and results-oriented individual. Salary: $1,400,000 – $2,467,000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
