Job Description We are seeking a **Logistics Customer Service Executive** to manage customer relationships, coordinate logistics processes, and ensure an excellent service experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, logistics, and effective communication skills. Main Responsibilities * **Customer Management:** Address customer inquiries and requests in the logistics area. * **Logistics Coordination:** Supervise transportation, storage, and distribution processes. * **Documentation Management:** Prepare and maintain records of logistics operations. * **Problem Resolution:** Provide timely solutions to supply chain incidents. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure alignment with transportation and foreign trade regulations. * **Supplier Relations:** Coordinate with logistics operators and carriers. * **Management Reporting:** Prepare performance and customer satisfaction reports. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Administration, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service and logistics. * Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management platforms. * Intermediate English; additional languages are a plus. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
