Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, manage a station, and perform mise en place. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in soup and side dish preparation 2. Performing mise en place Aramark is looking for a Kitchen Assistant for a supermarket located in Buin. * **Net salary:** $533\.000 / $542\.000 including benefits \+ night shift bonus ($8\.000 per night worked) \+ meal allowance at the cafeteria * **Rotating shifts 6x1**: AM shift: 07:00–15:00 hrs / PM shift: 12:00–20:00 hrs / Night shift: 21:00–07:00 am. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in gastronomy, relevant courses, or equivalent preferred. * Experience as a kitchen assistant (food handling). **Responsibilities:** * Managing a station (Cold room). * Assisting the head chef and chef de partie in soup and side dish preparation. * Performing **mise en place**.
