As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and carrying out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with customer service protocols according to the organization’s established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and sanitization standards by following company-designated protocols. Deliver services in accordance with customer service standards, ensuring continuous restocking of products. Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently providing friendly, high-quality service. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers. Requirements Residence in the Tarapacá, Arica, Antofagasta, Atacama, or Coquimbo regions. Completed secondary education (high school level). Availability to work under a 10x10 shift system. Minimum 1 year of experience working in mining site operations within cleaning and customer service areas. Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in food service operations. Ability to work effectively in teams and in dynamic environments.
