Main Responsibilities: * Handle technical support requests and incidents through various support channels. * Log and document cases in helpdesk tools. * Provide basic support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365\. * Assist with basic network configurations, system access, and connectivity. * Support hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks and basic updates. * Escalate more complex incidents according to defined procedures. * Maintain clear communication with users regarding the status of their requests. Requirements: * Associate degree in Computing and Informatics or related field. * 0–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. * Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking. * Basic familiarity with ticketing tools. * Service orientation, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
