Our mission is to simplify processes and automate tasks so our customers work more efficiently. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead implementation: Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring successful adoption of our tool. * Ensure success: Monitor implementation milestones and KPIs, ensuring key objectives are met. * Manage timelines: Define and coordinate the implementation schedule to meet established deadlines. * Train customers: Deliver practical and engaging training sessions so users fully leverage the platform. * Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to align strategies and deliver customized solutions. * Analyze and improve: Provide data-driven feedback to optimize the customer onboarding process. * Drive growth: Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and support their successful management. ### **Competencies / Skills** * Interpersonal skills: Ability to build trust, guide processes, and connect with customers. * Experience in customer support or similar roles in dynamic environments. * Advanced Excel and Google Workspace proficiency (Sheets, Slides). * Strong ability to teach and deliver clear, effective training. + Organization and time management to handle multiple projects. * Quick and effective problem-solving. * Knowledge of databases and information analysis. ### **Bonus Points If You Have!** Portuguese or English (spoken and written).
