Opportunity to develop your expertise in industrial hydraulic repair. **Hydraulic Cylinder Specialist Mechanic** At GGS, we are looking to hire a Hydraulic Cylinder Specialist Mechanic with proven experience in disassembling, diagnosing, repairing, and reassembling industrial hydraulic cylinders. We seek a candidate with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in repairing hydrostatic components. **IMPORTANT:** This position requires specific experience in industrial hydraulic cylinders. We are not seeking automotive mechanics or general mechanics without experience in hydraulic cylinder repair. **Main Responsibilities** * Disassemble, inspect, diagnose, repair, and reassemble single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders. * Identify faults and wear on rods, sleeves, seals, pistons, heads, and internal components. * Perform measurements and verify clearances, tolerances, and surface conditions. * Correctly select and install various types of hydraulic seals: U-Cup, Chevron, scrapers, O-Ring, among others. * Conduct functional and leak-tightness tests on repaired cylinders. * Assist in preparing technical repair reports. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. **Mandatory Requirements** Practical experience and knowledge in: * Repair of industrial hydraulic cylinders. * Types and operation of hydraulic cylinders. * Hydraulic seals: types, applications, and materials. * Basic interpretation of hydraulic and mechanical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. * Diagnosis of wear and condition of hydraulic components. * Ability to work autonomously, methodically, and responsibly. **Working Conditions** Work Schedule: * Monday and Tuesday: 07:00–16:30 hrs. * Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 07:00–15:30 hrs.
