We are looking for an HSEQ Advisor to join our operations! Your primary purpose will be to lead, educate, and advise on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) matters, promoting a preventive and self-care culture. You will play a key role in ensuring safe working conditions, minimizing operational risks, and complying with current legal regulations and Lureye’s corporate standards at the assigned branch. Key Responsibilities: Identify, correct, and halt unsafe conditions and behaviors in the field, reinforcing a preventive culture. Conduct training sessions, operational safety talks, and internal safety, self-care, and PPE usage campaigns. Manage the delivery, control, and traceability of PPE, protocols, regulations, and HSEQ documentation. Supervise proper management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, promoting order and cleanliness. Maintain up-to-date HSEQ system documentation, reports, statistics, and action plans. Coordinate the annual preventive plan with the mutual insurance company, in accordance with Law No. 16.744. Monitor regulatory compliance of contractors and suppliers at the branch. Actively participate in implementing HSEQ plans and programs, collaborating across different departments. Key Requirements: Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. Experience: Minimum 3 years in HSEQ roles, preferably in industry and/or mining. Knowledge of current legal regulations, ISO standards, MINSAL protocols, and Supreme Decree No. 44. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by the position. Class B driver’s license. Residence in Iquique. Work schedule: Part Time.
