**Engineer II**
The primary function is to deliver and monitor weekly and daily work plans to earthworks shift supervisors and maintenance supervisors regarding the execution plan for OSP (Outsourced Services Provider) activities during the early works phase of the Sulfolix IIB Early Works Project. Record all terrain and workshop data related to utilization and availability of earthworks equipment and support equipment in the assigned digital platform; this data will feed into performance tracking for execution. All of the above must be carried out efficiently, safely, and with quality focus on safe production, thereby ensuring operational continuity of the area.
**Essential Functions:**
* Deliver weekly and daily execution plans to the OSP earthworks operations shift supervisor.
* Monitor daily execution of planned activities according to the earthworks movement plan issued by the earthworks planner, electronically recording in the designated platform: work completed, equipment used, resources deployed, and actual duration.
* Collect and electronically record daily equipment hourmeter readings in the designated platform for machine-hour tracking.
* Record daily, electronically in the designated platform, conditions affecting available hours for plan execution, such as: safety and/or environmental incidents, weather conditions, stoppages, delays in catering services, etc.
* Collect and electronically record daily geometric progress of earthworks and survey-issued protocols—including those under review or rejected—in the designated platform.
* Issue a daily report on plan compliance comparing planned versus actual performance, including data analysis and recommendations to improve performance, while anticipating risks that may hinder plan achievement.
* Monitor fuel consumption per equipment unit, generating a weekly report at the end of each shift covering fuel consumption per equipment unit, per work front, and alerts if projected actual fuel consumption exceeds planned fuel consumption.
* Alert the shift supervisor or maintenance supervisor about deviations from the plan and opportunities to improve the performance of the assigned plan.
* Carry out activities that promote and impact safety, environmental stewardship, energy efficiency, gender equality, and operational excellence.
* Perform any other tasks within their area of responsibility as assigned.
**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**
* Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
* Three years of experience interpreting earthworks drawings, constructing waste dumps, and managing earthworks equipment fleets.
Class B driver’s license with at least two years of experience.
