Main Responsibilities: • Participate in on-site handovers. • Conduct regular visits to assigned sites for supervision. • Inspect plant cabinets and the condition of all equipment housed inside or installed thereafter. • Inspect battery cabinets and the condition of all equipment housed inside or installed thereafter. • Inspect AC/DC power cabling, optical fibers, clamps, cable carriers, PGND, RF antennas, TX antennas, RRUs, supports, sectors, technologies, azimuth, and tilt. Pests, vegetation, sanitary conditions, etc. • Report signs of vandalism (if any) to project stakeholders. • Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with current technical specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements: • Academic background: Civil Engineering or related degrees (Bachelor's or Technical). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role. • Proven experience as an ITO or Field Engineer in telecommunications deployments (e.g., RF site implementation, MMOO link implementation, equipment swaps, operation and maintenance, inventory logistics, etc.). • Desirable proven experience in telecommunications base stations; mandatory 4x4 driving capability. • Residence in one of the following locations: Santiago or Rancagua.
