As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for directing operational activities and managing the relationship with the assigned client to support service delivery related to operational continuity, contributing to the achievement of financial and economic objectives, as well as those related to policies and procedures, and to the impact on corporate image. Responsibilities * Participate in and support the budgeting process for the assigned site. * Support the execution of various operational activities at the assigned site. * Support coordination of the site’s personnel teams, covering the full employment lifecycle. * Monitor and control site processes, attendance, SLAs, and KPIs. Requirements * Hold a professional certification such as Nutritionist, Business Administrator, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or in similar roles. * Experience in leadership and team management. * Ability to build strong relationships with assigned clients. * Residency in Antofagasta or Mejillones. * Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity.
