You will be responsible for guiding personnel and collaborating companies at the branch or mining contract (area) to achieve implementation of commitments outlined in the Risk Prevention and Sustainable Management Policy. Advise area personnel on implementing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management systems, aligned with Finning’s SHEQ standards, client requirements, and the objectives of the respective Vice Presidency. Key responsibilities include: * Integrate all corporate SHEQ directives into applicable area operations, ensuring area leadership drives related activities. * Lead advisory and instructional support to area personnel on SHEQ management systems, tools, and methodologies. Promote and disseminate good work practices through information sharing and peer knowledge exchange across departments. * Lead identification of SHEQ-related deviations (acts and/or conditions) associated with critical activities, via field inspections/observations, audits of management systems, and definition of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Provide feedback to operational personnel involved in identified deviations. * Conduct incident/accident/non-conformance investigations and follow-up, statistics, generated action plans, and all SHEQ-related activities (per internal management system, regulatory requirements \- for certified areas \-, and client requirements). * Supervise scheduling performed by the Risk Prevention and Sustainable Management Advisor or Engineer for required activities in certified or certification-bound areas, execution of such activities, and proper archiving of supporting documentation. Examples include: internal audits, management reviews, non-conformance management, development of area-specific procedures, etc. **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum formal education: Professional Expert (Engineering) degree in Risk Prevention and Environmental Management, * Minimum 6 years’ work experience in maintenance processes within mining, industrial, or service sectors. * Sernageomín B certification * Availability to work rotating 7x7 shifts * Medical fitness for high-altitude geographical locations * Class B driver's license.
