Regarding gender equity, we aim to achieve 35% female representation by 2027 and ensure equal opportunities for all individuals, as we firmly believe in the value of diverse teams (this offer falls under Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities). **We invite you to join the best place to develop your talents!** **Job Purpose:** Lead the operational implementation of Codelco’s corporate circular economy strategy and integrate operational resilience or climate adaptation criteria, driving initiatives that reduce waste generation, maximize the utilization of materials and by-products, minimize environmental impacts, and optimize the efficient use of resources across the lifecycle of operations—ensuring compliance with, and enforcement of, Division- and Corporation-level policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Responsibilities:** * Implement circular economy initiatives across operations, projects, and corporate processes. * Manage the circular economy project portfolio and other initiatives contributing to environmental performance and operational resilience—as a technical PMO—in alignment with Codelco’s sustainability policy. * Monitor KPIs and corporate circular economy targets or climate action commitments. * Integrate circular economy as an enabler of Codelco’s strategic sustainability objective. * Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams on circularity initiatives across the supply chain. * Maintain technical traceability of circular economy initiatives and outcomes. **Application Requirements:** * University degree in fields related to sustainability and project management, such as environmental engineering, natural resources engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, law, among others. * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written). * Minimum 5 years of experience in circular economy, waste management, or sustainability. * Technical experience in waste management and related regulations. * Experience evaluating and leading projects—including associated risk management. * Medical fitness suitable for performing the role. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in mining, energy, or capital-intensive industries * At least one year of experience generating management reports and handling data. * Postgraduate qualification in circular economy, waste management, or sustainability. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Position title: Circularity Leader * Work location: Santiago.
