Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Worker with technical training in Logistics or Business Administration and experience in warehouse organization to ensure material control and availability, contributing to operational continuity.

**Location:** Miguel Faraday 2470, Temuco, La Araucanía Region.
**Employment Type:** Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite-term \- On-site mode \- Weekly working hours: 42. Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 hrs.; Friday: 08:00–14:00 hrs.
**Net Salary:** Approx. $650\.000\.

We are currently seeking a candidate with technical training in Logistics or Business Administration and experience organizing warehouses handling glass products, PVC windows, or aluminum windows to serve as a Warehouse Worker and join our Glasstech team in Temuco.
The role’s objective is to guarantee the order, control, and availability of materials stored in the warehouse, ensuring appropriate inventory management, accurate product receipt and dispatch, and quality condition of goods, thereby supporting the operational continuity of delivery and installation processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining up-to-date warehouse inventory by recording incoming and outgoing items, restocking inventory, and notifying relevant departments of shortages.
* Organizing and maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness, ensuring space safety and material integrity.
* Verifying that received materials match quantity and quality specified in quotations and purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies, damages, or returns to Logistics.
* Preparing and dispatching finished products, ensuring proper packaging and delivery, and coordinating with Logistics to maintain inventory control.
* Assisting drivers during material unloading, safeguarding the integrity of glass and other products, and safely organizing them within the warehouse.
* Cross-checking the packing list against hardware and other materials required for installation, confirming completeness of all components prior to dispatch.
* Completing and submitting inventory and movement reports to Logistics, reflecting material status, deliveries, returns, and restocking needs.
