Position Summary: OCA Global is seeking a BIM Modeler responsible for developing project models, generating technical documentation, and managing information exchange in various formats. We require a professional experienced in BIM modeling, responsible for developing project models according to their specialty using various representation types and generating associated technical documentation from these models. The professional must manage information exchange in various formats, model elements incorporating and updating required information, and utilize and create new components as needed for the project. Knowledge and competencies related to technical and regulatory objectives for the specific project type, discipline, and modeling stage will be valued, along with organizational skills, precision, and collaborative work abilities in multidisciplinary environments.
