We require a professional skilled in BIM methodology, responsible for managing the project’s BIM implementation on behalf of the team member, with proven experience in developing engineering projects using this approach. The professional must oversee information integration and flow among different stakeholders according to the project phase, as well as model validation and integration across various disciplines—anticipating clashes and reconciling solutions. Additionally, they must coordinate communication with specialists to ensure accurate design modeling, organize interdisciplinary coordination sessions, and maintain updated and optimized models. Coordination ability, organizational skills, and collaborative work capacity will be highly valued, with the professional serving as the primary point of contact between modelers and the various project disciplines.
