




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Circular Logistics Management team, focused on document management, administrative coordination of services, and operational support in a key role for service control and closure. Currently, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Circular Logistics Management team, working on-site at our headquarters located in Quilicura, with a focus on document management, administrative coordination of services, and operational support. The selected candidate will play a key role in service control and closure, document administration, and cross-functional support to various areas related to our industrial clients and key account management. Candidate Profile: Technical or higher-level education in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in administrative positions, preferably in operational or technical areas. Familiarity with SAP, document management platforms, and basic knowledge of industrial service management is desirable. Main Responsibilities: SAP Management: Perform OV (Sales Order) closures in the SAP system. Technical Closures: Prepare technical closure folders and associated reports for services rendered. Document Management: Manage our external clients’ portal by uploading required documentation (certificates, reports, supporting documents, etc.). Emergency Response: Submit purchase order (PO) requests and coordinate documentation for emergency services. Commercial Support: Request quotations from the commercial team according to operational needs. Client Relationship: Participate in monthly in-person meetings with our external clients and maintain smooth communication with clients. Technical Reports: Prepare and consolidate technical and photographic reports of executed services. Administrative Management: Coordinate stamps, signatures, final disposal certificates, and PO control for our services or any emergencies that may arise.
