Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Analyst to support and monitor the operational management of training courses, collaborating with trainers and supervisors to ensure objective achievement. Ensure compliance with the quality management system We are recruiting for an OTEC vacancy for **TRAINING ANALYST**. **Position Objective:** Support and monitor the operational management of training courses, collaborating with trainers and supervisors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support processes for executed courses to ensure achievement of the established billing volume. * Ensure availability of human and logistical resources required to conduct courses and workshops, consistently delivering appropriate outputs aligned with company objectives. * Ensure compliance with all procedures incorporated into the quality management system and related follow-up activities, in accordance with company standards. * Maintain organized attendance records for each course and DCs. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in Human Resources. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of Human Resources, specifically in Training; experience in OTIC or OTEC is ideal. * Availability to work in the eastern sector.
