You will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and executing the entire tenant move-out process, ensuring smooth execution at every stage—from internal coordination to document delivery and process closure. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain clear and consistent communication with all departments involved in the rotation process. * Conduct daily follow-up on assigned rotation **backlogs**. * Analyze and resolve issues related to the move-out process. * Issue **exit permits** and **security deposit settlements** within established timeframes. ### **What You Need to Apply:** * Prior experience in the **real estate sector** and in **customer service**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel**. ### **What We Offer:** * A dynamic environment with an innovative team focused on continuous learning. * Benefits including **additional vacation days**, **complementary health insurance co-payment**, **annual IPC-based salary adjustment**, **company performance bonus**, and more. ### **Requirements for Internal Applicants:** * Minimum of **one year** of employment at Assetplan. * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI compliance**. * **Cannot be transferred to positions with lower compensation.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with your CV attached and the target position stated in the subject line
