The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a passion for excellence in customer service, and sound decision-making ability. You will be responsible for conducting reception and rotation inspections of properties, assessing their condition, and ensuring an impeccable experience throughout the process for both internal and external clients. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Adhere to established inspection procedures, specifically regarding property condition. * Accurately complete all documentation related to inspections. * Propose process improvements. * Collect on-site information valuable to various departments within the company. ### **Requirements to Apply:** * Basic Excel proficiency * Customer service experience * Real estate industry experience * After-sales service experience * Fieldwork experience (mandatory) ### **Requirements for Internal Applicants:** * Must have worked in the same position for **at least one year** * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI compliance** * **Cannot be reassigned to a lower-paying position.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with CV attached and the applied position stated in the subject line At Assetplan, we highly value our employees and foster a positive work environment that rewards effort and dedication.
