As a Judicial Representative, you will be responsible for filing and submitting judicial claims according to judicial lease termination procedures. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, file, and submit claims (monitorio and ordinary proceedings for lease agreement termination). * Timely follow-up on pending cases. * Manage objections and resolve observations to ensure timely submissions. * Coordinate with internal/external attorneys and related departments. * Maintain orderly and up-to-date documentation in internal systems. * Generate simple reports on case status (optional to add). ### **What do you need to apply?** * Judicial Representative or Law Graduate authorized to practice law. * Competencies: organization, attention to detail, strong written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks. * Experience filing claims through the Judicial Branch’s electronic system (preferred). * Experience in property recovery / judicial collections (preferred). * Experience in judicial proceedings, especially in collections or lease agreements (preferred). ### **What we offer you** * A dynamic environment, with an innovative team focused on continuous learning. * Benefits such as **additional vacation days**, **complementary health insurance co-payment**, **annual IPC-based salary adjustment**, **company performance bonus**, and much more. ### **Requirements for internal applicants** * Must have worked at Assetplan for **at least one year**. * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI compliance**. * **Cannot be transferred to a position with lower compensation.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with your CV attached and the position applied for stated in the subject line.
