Your mission will be to execute and ensure the proper performance of Assetplan’s digital and offline assets, guaranteeing their impact across various channels and business units, with a focus on conversion, performance, and brand coherence. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop high-quality, original visual materials aligned with Assetplan’s brand guidelines. * Design content for digital media (social media, ads, email marketing, web) and traditional media (banners), with a focus on increasing conversion rates (lead, MQL, and SQL). * Iterate and optimize assets based on performance analysis and metrics. * Prioritize projects according to impact, cost-efficiency, and business objectives. * Align all creative proposals with KPIs, key metrics, and commercial goals. * Propose continuous improvements to assets, formats, and creative processes. ### **Requirements** * Professional designer (not self-taught unless accompanied by an exceptional portfolio and fulfillment of all other criteria). * Minimum 2 years of experience. Must include a portfolio featuring audiovisual and graphic work. * Experience creating digital and offline assets. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects). * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. * Experience using drag-and-drop editors, email marketing platforms, and database management systems. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management. * Motion graphics and multimedia design experience preferred (desirable). * Email marketing design and CRM usage experience (desirable). * Understanding of key digital marketing concepts: funnel, CTR, CPC, SEO, SEM, Ads, Meta, SERP, Keywords (desirable). * Proficiency with software tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, Zapier, Ahrefs, Business Manager, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn) (desirable). ### **What We Offer** * A role with direct impact on business results. * Real space to propose, test, and iterate creative ideas. * A collaborative, challenging, and continuously learning environment. * Benefits including additional vacation days, co-payment for supplementary health insurance, annual IPC-based salary adjustment, company performance bonus, among others. ### **️Requirements for Internal Applicants** * Must have worked in the same position for **at least one year** * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI compliance** * **Cannot be transferred to a lower-paying position.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with CV attached and the target position stated in the subject line
