Your mission will be to manage the telephone channel and mass collections campaigns across different delinquency stages, ensuring recovery, operational efficiency, and appropriate coordination with the judicial team. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead segmented telephone campaigns based on delinquency stage, covering early, late, and pre-judicial delinquency. * Define differentiated management strategies according to payment behavior and debt age. * Monitor daily team metrics such as contactability, payment promises, and recovery by delinquency stage. * Coordinate with the judicial team regarding transfer, status, and evolution of the corresponding portfolio. * Supervise proper administration of lists, schedules, and priorities in the dialer. * Ensure quality of management and regulatory compliance in telephone interactions. * Report consolidated status of the telephone portfolio by segment to management. ### **What Do You Need to Apply?** * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in mass telephone collections with team management. * Experience in portfolio segmentation by delinquency stage. * Proficiency in predictive dialers, CRM, and collections systems. * Knowledge of pre-judicial processes and coordination with judicial teams. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (preferred). * Experience with Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools (preferred). ### **What We Offer You** * A dynamic environment with an innovative team focused on continuous learning. * Benefits including **extra vacation days, co-payment for supplementary health insurance, annual IPC-based salary adjustment, company performance bonus, and much more.** ### **Requirements for Internal Candidates** * Must have held current position for **at least one year**. * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI achievement (meeting or exceeding expectations)**. * **Cannot be reassigned to a lower-paying position.** * Send email to internal recruitment mailbox with CV attached and applied position stated in subject line.
