We are looking for a **Field Collections Executive**, responsible for managing debt recovery, ensuring compliance with agreements, and supporting operational continuity. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage collection and recovery of rents, common expenses, security deposit settlements, and/or basic services assigned. * Formalize payment agreements with debtors unable to pay in cash. * Coordinate on-site visits to delinquent debtors unwilling to pay or suspected of abandoning their unit, after exhausting other channels. * Deliver Notice of Contract Termination Letter due to breach of obligations under the Lease Agreement (e.g., arrears, subleasing, etc.). * Manage and formalize with communities the suspension of utilities due to non-payment of common expenses and/or basic services. * Update Dicom debt registry records (registrations, cancellations, updates). * Manage and schedule voluntary unit handovers. * Enter all collection actions into the Collections Dashboard system. ### **Requirements** * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Knowledge of regulations, rules, and laws governing collection activities, the real estate market, insurance, and contracts. * Minimum 3 years of experience in collections (individuals or companies), team-based call center work, and/or field collections. * Technical or university education in Accounting, Administration, Law, Legal Technician, or Engineering (preferred). ### **What We Offer** * Role with direct impact on business results. * Real space to propose, test, and iterate creative ideas. * Collaborative, challenging, and continuously learning environment. * Benefits including additional vacation days, co-payment for supplementary health insurance, annual IPC-based salary adjustment, company performance bonus, among others. ### **Requirements for Internal Applicants** * Must have worked in the same position for **at least one year**. * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI compliance**. * **Cannot be transferred to a lower-paying position**. * Send email to internal recruitment mailbox with CV attached and desired position stated in the subject line.
