Job Summary: Ensure and supervise the proper execution of real estate projects by providing technical oversight at each stage to guarantee structural and functional integrity, as well as optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure construction execution in accordance with specifications and regulations. 2. Monitor physical progress, preventing schedule deviations in deliveries. 3. Comprehensively ensure and supervise the correct and efficient execution of Bci’s infrastructure real estate projects, exercising strict technical supervision at every stage of work—from commencement through final acceptance. Rigorously apply all current construction regulations and internal quality and safety standards to guarantee structural and functional integrity of works, as well as optimal utilization of allocated resources—including adherence to contractual timelines and approved budgets for each project. Mitigate risks and promptly identify and resolve technical deviations, ultimately ensuring delivery of Bci real estate assets in full conformity. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Ensure execution of construction items in accordance with technical specifications, architectural and structural drawings, and applicable regulations. Supervise and control physical progress against the master schedule to prevent schedule deviations in delivery dates. Validate executed construction items, quantity take-offs, and resource usage to certify that payment certifications strictly reflect actual progress and the approved budget. Plan and manage timely procurement of project-related supplementary equipment to ensure supply and installation within stipulated timeframes. Conduct on-site oversight of compliance with safety protocols, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and environmental regulations to minimize accident risk. Proactively identify technical gaps or design interferences to propose timely solutions, avoiding work stoppages or cost increases. Manage technical information traceability through documentation in the Construction Logbook, RDI inquiries, change orders, and periodic progress reports. Physically inspect and verify on-site construction layouts, levels, axes, and elevations prior to permitting progression to subsequent stages. Control material quality upon delivery to site by verifying certifications and supervising sampling for laboratory testing. Coordinate and mediate contractual relationships with contractors, architecture firms, and external Technical Construction Inspection (ITO) entities. Execute project closeout, final acceptance, and post-sales activities to deliver fully conforming outcomes to internal clients and the infrastructure team. **To succeed in this position, you need:** A university professional degree in Civil Construction or Construction Engineering. Minimum 10 years of work experience in construction control, execution monitoring, and technical inspection of projects. Demonstrable experience in construction budget control and monitoring. Experience managing and coordinating internal work teams and external providers (contractors, ITOs, consultants). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. Proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version) and Google Workspace tools. Expert-level knowledge of current construction regulations, quality standards, and occupational safety requirements. **It is even better if you have:** A Master’s degree, Magister degree, or MBA. Knowledge or experience using the SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
