We are looking for a hunter-style Field Sales Executive who is results-driven and passionate about consultative sales. Minimum 3 years of field sales experience. Your mission will be to acquire new merchants, position our POS solutions, and strategically support each client during their initial onboarding—ensuring an excellent experience from day one. We seek individuals who enjoy pursuing opportunities, building commercial relationships, and closing high-impact deals. What Will You Do Daily? • Prospect and acquire new merchants in the field. • Generate commercial opportunities and close sales of POS solutions. • Provide consultative advice to clients based on their business needs. • Coordinate proper onboarding and activation for each merchant. • Conduct initial follow-up to ensure first transactions and a positive experience. • Identify zones and merchants with high commercial potential. • Record sales activities, prospects, and market feedback. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agile and efficient implementation. • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
