Your Mission Your mission will be to handle customer service at the Service Center and sell financial products, adhering to the company’s quality and service standards. What Will Be Your Main Challenges? Customer service for inquiries related to the Ripley credit card (e.g., account statements, payment inquiries, etc.). Offering the various financial products offered by the bank. Handling inquiries received via CCSS (Customer Contact Support System). Commercial management and sale of financial products.
