Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Waiter to provide warm and professional service in our gastronomic spaces, playing a key role in the guest experience. Key Highlights: 1. Motivation to learn and grow in the hospitality industry **Hotel Cumbres Lastarria**, an icon of hospitality located in the heart of downtown Santiago, is looking for a committed, proactive Waiter with a strong service orientation to join our team. **What will be your role?** You will be a key part of our guests' experience, delivering warm and professional service in our gastronomic spaces. Your main responsibilities will include: * Opening, closing, and serving at our Punto 8 Restaurant and Lobby Bar * Providing courteous service to guests, presenting the menu, and advising on dishes and beverages * Taking orders accurately, considering special requests or dietary restrictions * Setting up tables (linens, cutlery, glassware, and china) for the Restaurant, Lobby Bar, and hotel banquet events, as well as performing required setups in event halls for various types of events * Presenting bills and processing payments (cash, credit cards, or other methods), registering sales, and performing cash controls as required * Preparing basic cocktails and supporting bar operations during your shift **What are we looking for?** * Positive attitude and customer orientation * Completed secondary education (desirable) * Intermediate level of **English** * Ability to work effectively in a team * Motivation to learn and grow in the hospitality industry **What do we offer?** * Corporate uniform * Meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) at our facilities * Internal celebrations and holiday bonuses * Affiliation with a compensation fund **Working Conditions:** * **Rotating shifts 6x1, morning, midday, and evening shifts.** **We invite you to apply and become part of Hotel Cumbres Lastarria!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $600.000 - $610.000 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience as a Waiter? * What is your level of English? * When are you available to start? * What are your salary expectations excluding tips? * Are you able to use and perform cash reconciliations?
