Diverse and inclusive work environment Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician Newrest, a leading company in food services and support, is currently seeking a Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning Technician to work at a correctional facility. Job Objective: To perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on refrigeration and/or air conditioning equipment within the facility, ensuring proper operation and operational continuity. This position addresses the needs of both external and internal customers, guaranteeing efficient, safe, and high-quality service. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs. Install refrigeration and air conditioning systems according to requirements. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Respond to technical requests from internal and external customers. Requirements: Technical training in refrigeration, air conditioning, or related field. Experience in equipment maintenance and installation. Knowledge of safety regulations. Teamwork ability and service orientation. Requirements: Technical degree in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of safety regulations.
