Manage multidisciplinary teams and external vendors At Arrimaq, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our company located in Lampa. We seek a results-driven, analytical, proactive individual with a continuous improvement mindset, who will contribute to optimizing automation, innovation, and digital transformation processes. What will be your mission? Lead the planning, execution, and closure of strategic technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality, aligned with IT strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Define work plans, schedules, and resources for each project - Supervise the execution of technology projects - Manage project risks, changes, and communications - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors Requirements: - Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - PMI or Scrum Master certification or knowledge is desirable. - Minimum 5 years of experience leading technology projects, preferably in digital transformation. - Project management knowledge (PMI, Scrum) - Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira - Experience applying agile methodologies. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center 5 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Innovation, Azure DevOps, BPMN, ERP, Microsoft Project, PMBOK, PMI, Scrum, Integrated Management Keywords: project, project, leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor, regent
