In this opportunity, we are looking for a new **Planogrammer.** **What are the responsibilities of this position?** Carry out the process of preparing, reviewing, and implementing planograms in sales areas according to instructions received; additionally, review and report information and data related to your area (replenishment, metrics, category review, space allocation, adjustments, segment, suppliers, etc.), ensuring product distribution within display areas complies with departmental commitments and goals, thereby supporting business profitability while meeting SMU’s defined quality and service standards. **What are the main duties?** * Prepare, maintain, and subsequently present the planogram defined by your supervisor. * Participate in the monitoring, recording, and review process for categories, minimum display requirements, cubication, key performance indicators (KPIs), and modulation, generating proposals for implementation and/or improvements based on allocated space availability. * Prepare, review, and execute delivery of reports according to data and elements requested by management, and also review planogram preparation KPIs, DOH (days of inventory), expirations, and allocation percentages for private-label brands. * Review and document modulations by comparing recorded information versus actual implementation, and adjust cataloging in case of discrepancies regarding store layout through creation of spreadsheets for changes. * Support store teams in guiding and optimizing product placement on gondolas or other fixtures. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in engineering-related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. * Proficiency in planogramming tools. * Retail experience is desirable. * SAP knowledge is desirable. **We look forward to your application!!!** *At SMU S.A., we support and promote Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion.
