The position is responsible for organizing and supervising maintenance work—both internal and performed by external contractors—ensuring compliance with the company's established technical, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the annual preventive and corrective maintenance program for facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring proper execution to prevent failures and guarantee operational continuity; coordinate and supervise on-site maintenance work performed by internal technicians and external contractors in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and infrastructure areas, verifying work quality and adherence to defined scopes; manage infrastructure- and facility-related incidents and operational contingencies, coordinating corrective actions with contractors or suppliers to restore operations in the shortest possible time; for minor interventions, directly perform basic maintenance or operational restoration tasks when required. Requirements: Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Administration, or related field; minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial, automotive, retail, or infrastructure maintenance.
