This support must ensure service quality, business generation, risk management, and comprehensive advisory services to our customers. You will execute commercial activities focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the objective of contributing to a memorable service experience and enabling agile resolution of customer needs—thereby achieving both business unit and personal commercial goals.
