Main responsibilities include: customer service; handling inquiries; providing advisory support; proactively resolving incidents; processing orders; preparing quotations; updating the customer database; assisting the sales team; organizing commercial events; coordinating delivery logistics; supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives; interpersonal communication skills and negotiation ability—face-to-face, by phone, or via email; accuracy and timeliness in record-keeping; customer orientation; strong emphasis on satisfaction and service. Requirements: Ability to learn quickly, actively listen, and present clear solutions. Completed secondary education or technical/professional training in Business Administration or Marketing, with 1–2 years of experience in commercial or administrative roles related to construction, hardware stores, or sanitary installations, HVAC, or specialized fields. Communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems. Work location is San Miguel, and working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
