Job Summary **TVSL Logistics \& Business Services Chile SpA** is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented ***Warehouse Operations Assistant*** to join our logistics team in Puerto Aysén. As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will support daily receiving, storage, organization, inventory control, order picking, and dispatch of goods and materials. You will help maintain accurate stock records, process warehouse documentation, update inventory systems, and coordinate routine tasks with logistics and operations teams. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates and those with limited work experience who are interested in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or commercial operations. Responsibilities align with current vacancies at the Puerto Aysén warehouse, where employees handle goods receipt, system registration, stock control, storage, loading/unloading, and dispatch. Responsibilities: Support daily warehouse and logistics operations. Receive goods and materials. Verify deliveries against supporting documentation. Check quantities and basic product condition. Record received goods in authorized systems. Label and organize incoming inventory. Place products in designated warehouse locations. Assist with customer or internal order picking and preparation. Prepare goods for shipment. Support loading and unloading activities. Assist with internal movement of goods and materials. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records. Record inventory receipts and issues. Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories. Identify and report stock discrepancies. Assist with stock reconciliation activities. Keep the warehouse organized and clean. Monitor designated storage locations. Prepare routine shipping documentation. Assist with delivery and shipment recordkeeping. Update inventory records in Excel or Google Sheets. Assist with inventory and warehouse reporting. Support return and damaged goods procedures. Coordinate routine requirements with logistics and operations teams. Assist with supplier and transportation documentation. Respond to inquiries regarding order status and inventory. Follow established warehouse procedures. Comply with workplace health and safety requirements. Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received goods. Participate in warehouse and logistics process improvement. Requirements: Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification. Technical studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or related fields are preferred. Approximately 0–1 year of relevant experience is required. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not mandatory. Recent graduates and individuals with no prior logistics experience are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes is desirable. Strong numerical and data entry skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to quickly learn inventory management systems. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow warehouse and safety procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to maintain accurate stock records. Good communication skills. Responsible and reliable work attitude. Ability to identify stock discrepancies and report them appropriately. Willingness to learn logistics and inventory procedures.
