Position: Training and Data Analyst Santiago Position Purpose: The Training and Data Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing technological solutions to automate processes, integrate systems, and manage training information. They collaborate with various business units to optimize decision-making through analytics, automation, and digital tools. Additionally, they support regional training, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Data Management and Analytics: Design and administer data models for training management. Consolidate information from multiple corporate platforms. Develop dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Grafana, and visualization tools. Generate strategic reports and insights to support decision-making. 2\. Automation and Digital Transformation: Design and implement automations using tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, Python, SQL, APIs, and RPA tools. Integrate systems and optimize processes through digital solutions. Develop business intelligence solutions and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency. Identify improvement opportunities through analytics and emerging technologies. 3\. Innovation for CDP Training: Be familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) applied to training. Develop virtual assistants and digital tools to optimize the learning experience. Generate agile reports from LMS training data. 4\. Data Governance and Quality. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency. Maintain standards and best practices for data management. Maintain technical documentation for processes, automations, and developed solutions.
