




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide timely attention and support to end users, ensuring operational continuity of technological services. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Technical Support Technician. **Objective:** We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in technical support for end users, to work on-site at the client's premises. The role involves providing timely attention and support to users, ensuring operational continuity of technological services and compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs). **Responsibilities:** * Answering user calls to receive and manage requests and incidents. * Resolving incidents affecting users at the PC and printer level. * Performing structured cabling when required. * Recording, tracking, and updating requests and incidents using the ticket management tool. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Information Technologies or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support roles. * Knowledge and experience supporting users with office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Experience in PC diagnostics, configuration, and backup. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, LAN and WLAN networks, peripheral configuration, antivirus software, email systems, and remote access tools. * Experience assembling and repairing computers. * Familiarity with ITIL best practices and SLA compliance. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **We Offer:** On-site working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs or from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs, depending on operational planning. Fixed-term contract for 3 months, followed by an indefinite contract based on performance. Salary: $650\.000\.
