We are looking for an L2 Systems Administrator
What will be your challenge?
You will be responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, and continuity of the organization’s Windows infrastructure through administration, monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution on servers and associated platforms, guaranteeing stable, secure services aligned with business operational standards, contributing to project success and supporting our clients throughout their digital transformation and technological evolution.

Key Responsibilities
* Administer and optimize the Windows infrastructure and associated platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and operational continuity of physical and virtual servers, Active Directory, clustering, VMware, storage, file servers, licensing services, Intune, and other components of the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Manage incidents, problems, changes, and maintenance activities—including patching, updates, monitoring, backup and recovery, system/network/service troubleshooting, PowerShell-based automation, and support in high-availability environments—ensuring adherence to defined service-level agreements.
* Ensure operations align with organizational best practices and standards, collaborating with infrastructure teams and clients, producing technical documentation, procedures, evidence, and change records to facilitate operational continuity and continuous service improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
* 3 years of experience in systems administration roles using Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025\).
* Intermediate or advanced conversational English proficiency (to be assessed during an interview). You must be able to communicate fluently in English.
* Availability to work 100% on-site and travel within Chile as required.
* Proficiency/experience with the following tools: PowerShell, VMware/vSphere, Active Directory, Storage.
Preferred Requirements
* ITIL v.4 certification
* Certifications related to Windows Server
* Valid Class B driver’s license
