Job Description We are looking for a **Sustainability Manager** to lead the company’s environmental and social strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in sustainable project management, regulatory compliance, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * **ESG Strategy Design**: Define sustainability policies and action plans. * **Environmental Project Management**: Coordinate initiatives for carbon footprint reduction and energy efficiency. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international environmental regulations. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain communication with clients, authorities, and communities. * **Internal Training**: Train teams in sustainable practices and responsible corporate culture. * **Sustainability Reporting**: Prepare impact reports and ESG metrics for senior management. Requirements * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 7\+ years of experience in sustainability projects or environmental consulting. * Knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, and renewable energy. * Proficiency in impact analysis tools and ESG metrics. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Intermediate\-Advanced English.
