We are looking for an **AFP Sales Supervisor – Viña del Mar** to join our **Sales** team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the work performed by sales staff, ensuring compliance with commercial and administrative budgets governed by internal regulations, the Pension Superintendency (SP), and ISO standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Recruit, select, and hire candidates for the sales team.
* Provide ongoing support to the sales team through on-site presence at client companies and field visits.
* Promote and monitor compliance by sales staff with internal policies and SP regulations in both sales and administrative activities.
* Train the sales team on current regulations—including internal policies, sales and administrative procedures—as well as Decree Law No. 3500\.
* Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor the sales activities of your team.
* Maintain budgeted staffing levels and contribute to fostering a positive work climate within the team.
* Ensure your team possesses comprehensive knowledge of the pension system to deliver high-quality advisory services—not only to the company’s client portfolio but also to the broader industry.
Requirements:
* University degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2–3 years of experience leading commercial teams.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Office 365.
* Experience in recruiting and selecting sales executives.
* Experience developing and training sales teams.
* Availability to work 100% on-site and in the field.
* Residency in Viña del Mar.
