Ensure control and compliance of subcontractor documentation, keeping labor and social security information current.
At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are looking to hire a Subcontractor Administrative Assistant to work on-site, supporting the control and follow-up of labor, social security, and administrative documentation for subcontracting companies and their workers.
We seek an organized, methodical, proactive individual with strong follow-up capability—someone able to maintain documentation up to date and contribute to compliance with accreditation and documentary control processes for subcontractors.
What will you do?
Request, review, and keep updated the documentation of subcontracting companies and their workers.
Review contracts, annexes, payroll settlements, social security contribution statements, and attendance records.
Control and verify documentation associated with F30 and F30\-1\.
Manage and update documentation on accreditation platforms.
Maintain updated physical and digital folders for each subcontract.
Follow up on pending, observed, or expired documentation.
Support control of authorized workers permitted to enter the construction site.
Support administrative tasks specific to the on-site office.
**Candidate Requirements**
--------------------------
* Technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Experience reviewing documentation of subcontracting companies.
* Experience handling labor and social security documentation for workers.
* Experience reviewing F30 and/or F30\-1\.
* Experience using personnel accreditation platforms.
* Knowledge of Chile’s Subcontracting Law.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Ability to track and control documentation.
* Availability to work 100% on-site in Santiago.
