Responsibilities: Analyze and monitor project staffing and labor costs by comparing actual data against budget and defined planning. Establish and maintain an up-to-date staffing baseline per project, considering historical benchmarks from similar projects. Identify deviations in staffing and labor costs, generating early warnings and projections to support decision-making. Anticipate and detect potentially oversized staffing structures, both prior to their approval and during project execution. Conduct periodic site visits to understand staffing needs, validate information, and review projections with responsible teams.
