In this opportunity, we are looking for a **Senior AI Full Stack Developer** to join a high-performance innovation cell, leveraging AI-powered accelerated development models (CloudCode/Cursor) to build, iterate, and deploy digital solutions. The challenge spans from rapid integrations between corporate systems and optimization of visual components, to developing new digital products from scratch. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and integrate modules into existing applications and new digital solutions. * Develop high-quality frontend interfaces, ensuring usability, excellent user experience (UX/UI), and low bounce rates. * Use AI-assisted development environments (CloudCode) to accelerate delivery cycles. * Apply senior-level technical judgment to intervene, debug, and manually correct code when AI tools produce inconsistencies. * Document technical decisions using Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and ensure code traceability. * Operate the full development and deployment lifecycle using Docker containers. **Requirements:** * Availability to work 4 days per week on-site in Las Condes. * Minimum 4 years of experience in this role. * Practical proficiency with tools such as CloudCode, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. * Advanced Orchestration & AI: Experience integrating with MCP (Model Context Protocol), complex development workflows, and advanced prompting techniques. * Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, System Design, and component architecture. * Backend: Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. * Databases: MongoDB / Mongoose and relational engines (PostgreSQL / MySQL). * Cloud & Authentication: AWS (Cognito, S3, Lambdas) and JWT-based authentication handling. * DevOps: Proficiency in Docker and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines. **What Can We Offer You?** We want you to have a unique experience, so we propose: * Join a high-caliber, multidisciplinary team. * Expand your professional development through training, coaching, and mentoring. * Be part of a regionally recognized company with global presence. * Work in a multicultural environment that promotes inclusion and diversity. * Work with cutting-edge methodologies for AI-accelerated development.
