Key position to optimize distribution logistics **Dispatch Route Planner** **Kakiri Travel SpA** **General Information** * **Hiring Company:** Kakiri Travel SpA * **Location:** Alameda 1845, Santiago Centro, Metropolitan Region * **Net Salary:** CLP $2\.250\.000 / month * **Work Schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Monday to Friday) **Job Objective** At Kakiri Travel SpA, we are seeking a Dispatch Route Planner to join our operations center located in the commune of Santiago. The role aims to optimize distribution routes, efficiently allocate cargo across the vehicle fleet, and coordinate daily itineraries to ensure on-time deliveries and reduce operational costs. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and schedule the daily route sheet for the distribution fleet, considering delivery priorities and traffic restrictions. * Equitably assign workloads among drivers, maximizing the cubic capacity of vehicles. * Monitor dispatch progress in real time via GPS tracking systems to resolve on-route contingencies. * Analyze operational metrics (transit times, mileage, fuel consumption, and on-time delivery rate). * Coordinate with the warehouse team and customer service to manage special requests or rescheduling. **Candidate Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in route planning, dynamic routing, or fleet management. * Proven proficiency in routing software (TMS) and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong sense of orientation, detailed knowledge of the Metropolitan Region’s road network, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work on-site in the Alameda area of Santiago (excellent metro station connectivity). **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $2\.250\.000 CLP. * Direct employment under a formal labor contract with Kakiri Travel SpA. * Integration into a consolidated corporate structure in a central, easily accessible location.
