Your primary objective is to provide administrative, secretarial, and accounting support, ensuring proper handling of documentation and customer service, as well as timely execution of accounting and administrative processes, thereby contributing to the company’s efficient operation. Key responsibilities include: * Answering telephone calls, emails, and in-person visits. * Receiving, registering, distributing, and archiving physical and digital documents. * Managing office supply procurement and inventory control. * Maintaining up-to-date company administrative records. * Supporting coordination of administrative procedures with customers, suppliers, and external agencies. * Tracking pending documentation and assisting with general administrative tasks. * Issuing invoices, credit notes, and other applicable tax documents. * Recording income, expenses, and accounting entries in the system. * Preparing documentation for the accountant. * Organizing and archiving accounting and tax-related documents. * Monitoring receipt of supplier invoices. * Keeping accounting and administrative information up to date. * Sending and receiving documents and parcels.
