Promote awareness of customer requirements. **Job Description:** A leading industrial cleaning company is looking for a Quality Analyst to join its operations team at our client Agrosuper’s food production plant located in San Vicente de Tagua Tagua. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) standards, auditing sanitation processes, and managing preventive and corrective actions to guarantee service excellence and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Maintain and ensure the validity of QMS documentation (cleaning records, protocols, and technical sheets) across all operational areas. \- Conduct on-site supervision of cleaning and sanitization processes to identify deviations and improvement opportunities based on food safety standards. \- Lead all stages associated with the customer complaint process and the identification of nonconformities. \- Generate technical reports on system performance and propose continuous improvement needs. \- Root Cause Analysis: Manage nonconformities through root cause analysis, implementing and verifying corrective actions to ensure system maintenance. \- Promote awareness of customer (Agrosuper) requirements across all organizational levels through training and internal communication. **Requirements:** \- Technical-level education in Quality Control, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field. \- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in operations and/or quality roles within industrial cleaning companies or organizations with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP). \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word) for report writing and statistical analysis. \- Candidates residing in San Vicente de Tagua Tagua or neighboring communes are preferred. **Offered Conditions:** \- Compensation: $950\.000 CLP per month (net). \- Meal allowance provided at the plant cafeteria. \- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:40–17:10 hrs.; Friday, 07:40–16:40 hrs. \- Benefits: On-site parking, subject to availability.
