Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes **Job Description** We are seeking a **Procurement Manager** to lead the planning and management of procurement for materials, supplies, spare parts, equipment, and services required for our industrial and production operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient supply, negotiating with suppliers, and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise procurement of materials, supplies, spare parts, and services. * Manage and negotiate with domestic suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms. * Evaluate quotations and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate procurement requirements with operations, maintenance, logistics, and finance departments. * Supervise purchase orders and track them through to product receipt. * Maintain up-to-date supplier information, pricing, and commercial terms. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes. * Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and expenditure levels. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Administration, Logistics**, or a related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain. * Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing purchase orders. * Preferred experience in industrial, aquaculture, food, or technical service companies. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Knowledge of supplier evaluation, inventory management, and supply processes. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. * Organizational ability, effective communication, and results orientation. Salary: $1\.500\.000 \- $2\.200\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
