Position Summary: We are seeking an Intern to support the Production – Vault area in automating spreadsheets and databases, thereby improving operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the **Production – Vault** area in **automating spreadsheets and databases**, helping reduce time currently spent on manual and repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze current spreadsheets and processes used by the area. * Automate manual tasks and workflows in Excel. * Create and develop **macros** to optimize processes. * Improve efficiency in generating and processing **databases (DB)**. * Propose solutions to reduce execution time and minimize manual tasks. * Support standardization and continuous improvement of reporting and control tools.
